A trip to Kadampa Meditation Centre
A huge thank you to Kadampa Meditation Centre Glasgow for very kindly donating passes to their meditation and mindfulness classes for our clients after learning of the work that we do, particularly in supporting those who are unemployed and wanting to get back in to work.
After the 30 minute Meditation and Mindfulness class there is an opportunity for participants to sit and talk and get free tea and coffee and fruit.
This is to discover how the timeless practices of mindfulness and meditation can be used to let go of stress, anxiety, and fear, improve relationships and develop your true potential, which are essential skills for getting back into work.
Those that took part all loved the experience that was completely new to them; in fact they enjoyed it so much they have now been back for a second time.
